We Have Moved - But Just Across the Street . . .

You've probably heard the saying that the three most important elements of real estate are "Location, Location, and Location."  This old adage is good advice and we want you to know that we haved moved ours!  The Hutchinson Island CENTURY 21 IRP Realty office will still be conveniently located within the Indian River Plantation Resort, in the two story commercial office building just across the street from our old address.  After so many years in the same place you might wonder why we decided to do this now.  The answer is pretty simple.  We needed more space in a larger building where we can grow our business and better serve our sales and vacation rental clients. And true to the advice above, this location will give our business far better visibility to the visitors entering and leaving the island that may be looking for a home to purchase or rent.  We hope you will look for our new street and building signs and stop in and see us soon.

In our Island office, CENTURY 21 IRP Realty is the exclusive on-site real estate agency within the Indian River Plantation Resort condominium community, located adjacent to the Marriott Beach Hotel & Marina on south Hutchinson Island. The hotel and resort provide high guest traffic into our office at this location, and make it a hub of activity for buyers, sellers, and renters of waterfront properties on Hutchinson Island. This office is equally experienced with golf club gated and other single family residential communities throughout Stuart, Port Salerno, and Hobe Sound.

The CENTURY 21 IRP Realty Mainland office is conveniently located on Jensen Beach Boulevard (SR 707A) at the corner of Sugarhill Avenue, in Jensen Beach. With fourteen full time professional associates at this location, we are ready and able to help you sell or find a home to purchase in the greater Stuart, Jensen Beach or Port St. Lucie residential areas.

History

CENTURY 21 IRP Realty has been operated by the current owners in its original office location at the entry to the Indian River Plantation Resort condominium community since 1985. Originally utilized as the exclusive on-site real estate agency for the sale and rental of condominium homes within this oceanfront resort community, CENTURY 21 IRP Realty now provides complete residential real estate services across all of Hutchinson Island, Sewall's Point, Stuart, Palm City, Jensen Beach, Port St. Lucie, Jupiter Island, and Hobe Sound, Florida.

Agents

We have a total of twenty REALTOR® associates operating from our Island and Mainland offices. All of our associates are members of the REALTOR® Association of Martin County, and some carry dual membership in the St. Lucie County REALTORS® Association and the Jupiter, Tequesta, Hobe Sound Board of REALTORS®.
