CENTURY 21 IRP Realty offers all of these services through our professionally managed Vacation Rental and Home Services Department. Information and photographs of the individual rental properties in the condominium communities we service may be viewed by clicking on the "Search All Rentals" tab to the left, or in the menu selection under "Vacation Rentals" above. We have over 220 different homes to choose from, but call early because the "seasonal" demand is very high!

Vacation Rental Rates -

The current seasonal (12/1/09 - 4/30/10) monthly rental rates are listed for each condominium in the detailed listing for each rental property

Off season (5/1/10 - 11/30/10) rental rates are 1/2 of the applicable winter season rate.

Rates for annual rentals of furnished and unfurnished condominiums, when available, are variable and you should contact one of the CENTURY 21 IRP Realty rental specialists for current information.

A mandatory county and state sales and use tax totalling 10.5% will added to all rentals of less than 6 months.

Rental Terms & Conditions -

RESERVATIONS -

To make a reservation for a rental (one month minimum) please email or call the CENTURY 21 IRP Realty Vacation Rental staff directly at 800-327-4873 or 772-225-0110. Office hours for the Vacation Rental staff are Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS -

A reservation deposit of 25% of the total rent for the lease term is required at the time the rental agreement is signed. No reservation will be confirmed until the initial deposit is received and the rental agreement is executed. An additional 25% deposit is due 90 days prior to the date of occupancy.

A security deposit (refundable), cleaning fee, and the balance of the rent are due on the date of occupancy, in cash or bank certified check.

Guests leaving prior to departure time will be charged for the entire rental period.

Guests renting within Indian River Plantation Resort may enjoy Club golf and tennis privileges by paying the appropriate use fees if the rental property owner maintains a current club membership. Please confirm the membership status of the rental property owner with our staff at the time you reserve your rental.

Pets are prohibited in all rentals.

CLUB MEMBERSHIP AT INDIAN RIVER PLANTATION -

A Club Membership entitles you to full privileges at all recreational facilities. Prices are subject to change without notice. The current rates per play are:

(1.) Golf - 18 holes, including cart - $56.00
(2.) Tennis - Per court hour - $24.00

ARRIVALS & DEPARTURES -

Upon arrival, all tenant guests must come to the Vacation Rental office at CENTURY 21 IRP Realty located at 585 NE Ocean Boulevard, Stuart, on the corner of the main entrance into the Indian River Plantation Resort. If your travel plans prevent you from arriving prior to 5:00 PM, please contact the Vacation Rental Office in advance to make alternate arrangements.
