You've probably heard the saying that the three most important elements of real estate are "Location, Location, and Location."  This old adage is good advice and we want you to know that from our Hutchinson Island office location just over the bridges from Stuart, we are able to serve our island vacation rental clients as well as island and mainland buyers and sellers throughout Martin County.  The Hutchinson Island Water Pointe Realty Group office is conveniently located within the Indian River Plantation Resort, in the two story commercial office building just across the street from the Marriott Resort Hotel.

To better serve our clients in the Jensen Beach and Port St. Lucie County, Water Pointe Realty Group also operates an office located on the northwest corner of Jensen Beach Blvd., at the intersection of Savannah Road.  Additional offices are conveniently located on East Ocean Boulevard in Sewall's Point, on Indian Street in south Stuart, and on Tequesta Drive in Tequesta. With a total of five offices and over 65 active real estate agents working and living throughout our local area, you will always have an experienced professional available to help you achieve your real estate goals. Water Pointe Realty Group offers all of these services through our professionally managed Vacation Rental and Home Services Department. Information and photographs of the individual rental properties in the condominium communities we service may be viewed by clicking on the "Search All Rentals" tab to the left, or in the menu selection under "Vacation Rentals" above. We have over 220 different homes to choose from, but call early because the "seasonal" demand is very high!

Vacation Rental Rates -

The current winter season (12/1/17 - 4/30/18) monthly rental rates are listed for each condominium in the detailed listing for each rental property

Off season (5/1/18 - 11/30/18) rental rates are approximately 1/2 of the applicable winter season rate.

Rates for annual rentals of furnished and unfurnished condominiums, when available, are variable and you should contact one of the Water Pointe Realty Group rental specialists for current information.

A mandatory county and state sales and use tax totaling 10% will added to all rentals of less than 6 months.

Rental Terms & Conditions -

RESERVATIONS -

To make a reservation for a rental please email or call the Water Pointe Realty Group rental staff directly at 800-327-4873 or 772-225-0110. Office hours for the Rental staff are Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS -

A reservation deposit in the amount of one third of the total rent and related charges for the entire lease term is required at the time the rental agreement is signed. No reservation will be confirmed until the initial deposit is received and the rental agreement is fully executed. All rent and related charges for the entire lease term are due 30 days prior to the date of occupancy.

A security deposit (refundable), cleaning fee, and any previously unpaid rent balance are due on the date of occupancy, in cash or bank certified check only.

Guests leaving prior to their departure date will be charged for the entire rental period.

Guests renting within the Marriott Indian River Plantation Resort may enjoy Club golf and tennis privileges by paying the appropriate use fees if the property owner of their rental maintains a current Ocean Club membership. Please confirm the membership status of the rental property owner with our staff at the time you reserve your rental.

Pets are prohibited in all rentals.

MARRIOTT OCEAN CLUB MEMBERSHIP AT INDIAN RIVER PLANTATION -

A Marriott Ocean Club Membership entitles you to full access privileges at all resort recreational facilities. Provided the Owner of the Vacation Rental unit maintains an annual membership in the Ocean Club, a Guest Member mandatory application fee of $25 is required to secure a Guest Member Card, and payment of additional Use Fees are charged on a per play basis for golf and tennis. Use Fees are subject to change without prior notice. The current Use Fee rates per play are:

(1.) Golf - 18 holes, including cart - $56.00
(2.) Tennis - Per court hour - $24.00

ARRIVALS & DEPARTURES -

Upon arrival, all tenant guests must come to the Vacation Rental office at Water Pointe Realty Group located at 660 NE Ocean Boulevard, Stuart, across the street from the main entrance into the Marriott Indian River Plantation Resort. If your travel plans prevent you from arriving prior to 5:00 PM, please contact the Vacation Rental Office in advance to make alternate check-in arrangements.
